IT Helpdesk Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-line and some second-line support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding, changing, and offboarding users in Active Directory, Google, and other systems.
2. Providing first-line and some second-line support for users with computer problems, including remote support.
3. Installing equipment at users' desks.
4. Re-imaging computers using System Center Configuration Manager.
5. Supporting warehouse users.
6. Monitoring the network.
7. Documenting procedures.
8. Working within our IT Security framework.
Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, with experience in helpdesk, support, or a related field.
2. Good general knowledge of current Windows Desktop, MS Office, and Google Suite.
3. Understanding of IT hardware and basic networking infrastructure.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to document processes clearly.
5. Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
6. Constant awareness of IT Security.
