Main duties of the job
As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus while working closely with residents to tailor the offerings to their preferences. You'll be responsible for helping manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes. The role also involves leading and motivating a team, managing stock control, and completing regular audits.
Job responsibilities

NEED TO HAVE

Qualifications
* You will need to hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification, along with experience in helping lead and inspire a team, a good understanding of nutrition, and experience working with fresh, seasonal food.
