With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individuals to join us and continue our success story Purpose of the role: Based at out head office you will be expected to buddy up with the engineers of the desktop team and start expanding your knowledge on the below topics so you can start managing your own work. You will also support desktop, laptops running MacOS and Windows, mobile devices running iPadOS, IOS and And roid, trouble shoot printers, network connectivity problems, entry level server issues and maintaining networking hardware. Replacing networking hardware including but not limited to replacing Ap’s, UPS batteries cab builds and cab tidies Main Responsibilities: • Take ownership of your area, update and resolve assigned incidents / requests on the ITSM. • Take on and complete projects working with the stakeholder and set expectations • Excellent organisational skills and experience of adhering to performance and quality standards. • Ability to work under pressure, balancing priorities and meeting strict deadlines. • A close attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving will be key • Lead diagnosing the cause of the incident through a structured process of investigation, coordinating both internal and external support teams as necessary • Implement new technologies and system improvements. · Proactively manage the hardware and software estate, ensuring asset information is accurate at all times. · Self-motivated and high performing · Ensure the knowledge base is up to date with technical details. · Work closely and respond to the directorship and High-Level management to resolve incidents and requests. · Conducting research and identifying root causes and implementing fixes. · Ensure the estate is up to date with the latest security patches. · Investigate reoccurring issues and resolve while working with team members. · Be a point of escalation for the 1st line team. · Provide support and maintain the retail estate to a high standard. · Implement new technologies and updates into the our retail estate. · Use the ITSM tool to identify problems and rise them as a problem and find solutions About You • Comprehensive understanding of PC and Mobile based hardware and software including Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, MacOS, IOS and Android • Can do attitude and flexible approach to work in order to support the business out of hours. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, unsupervised and support activities of internal and external providers • Highly focused, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn new technologies • Tenacity to go that extra mile and think outside the box to resolve incidents • Analytical trouble-shooting mindset, with a problem-solving personality • Experience in the training and coaching of staff member of IT Systems and Hardware • Driving licence • Knowledge of Jamf, Soti, Faronics Deepfreeze and Intune • Remote support programs • Building PC packages in PDQ Deploy • ITIL • Apple Certifications • Microsoft Certifications • CompTIA Certifications About The Company What Wren Offer: · Refer a Friend Scheme · Free annual eye tests and a contribution to new glasses · Free uniform included that you can claim under the HMRC allowance · 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays · Quarterly Bonus Scheme · Staff discount on kitchens including family / friend discount · Progression and Development opportunities
