About the Role
As a Data Administrator, you’ll be part of a team based at our Cardiff headquarters. You will play a key role in managing our data supply processes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our information. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external data suppliers to maintain high standards of data quality.
This role requires collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain effective working relationships with data suppliers.
2. Monitor the receipt and loading of data files to ensure timely processing.
3. Investigate and resolve data queries from internal teams or external customers.
4. Prepare and share clear and concise communications, memos, and reports.
5. Create documentation to support your work, including reports for stakeholders.
6. Conduct basic data validation and quality checks to maintain accuracy.
Your responsibilities may include additional tasks as agreed with your manager.
Skills and Experience
