Overview
Collective is the combined Publicis team providing a seamless service for Stellantis, a global automotive client which includes iconic brands such as Fiat, Peugeot, Citroen, Vauxhall, Alfa-Romeo, and Jeep. In the UK, the team is made up of Saatchi’s, Starcom, and Digitas, covering ATL, social, website, and eCRM. The hub of the global account is Publicis Sapient in Milan, where the wider strategic and creative work is originated.
As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior CRM Manager by overseeing the briefing and execution of CRM campaigns across our client's brand portfolio. You will work closely with the client, collaborating with our specialist teams in Italy and India to ensure seamless delivery. Quality assurance will be essential aspects of your role, ensuring all campaigns meet high standards.
You'll be part of a collaborative and friendly client services team at Digitas, engaging daily with Publicis offices across multiple countries and our clients in the UK. With time, you will take autonomous ownership of a high volume of tasks, managing workflows effectively through project management tools such as JIRA and Teams ticketing.
Responsibilities
The Digitas CRM Account Executive is the safe pair of hands at the front of a Global and multi-agency engagement. You will believe in excellence in service, have exemplary attention to detail, and want to become a true partner to our clients.
* Oversee the briefing and execution of campaigns across the Stellantis Portfolio for the UK.
* Build strong internal relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
* Respond proactively to client requests with a solution-focused approach.
* Ensure JIRA hygiene is maintained at all times for seamless project management.
* Manage client expectations effectively, building trust through transparent communication.
* Own and facilitate a large schedule of work, coordinating tasks via JIRA.
* Prepare and maintain weekly status reports and lead status meetings.
* Demonstrate a keen interest in CRM with a basic understanding of digital channels.
Qualifications
* Able to manage a multitude of projects, prioritising to ensure the agency is always delivering against the client’s latest needs.
* Be open to learning and curious to know more.
* Have a passion for digital and CRM.
* Proven ability to clearly communicate and build strong relationships across a multitude of departments, disciplines, and levels of stakeholders.
* Strong desire and ability to find ways to add value beyond delivering the tasks given – either through optimising the communications or improving ways-of-working.
* Able to be an essential member of the client team while always supporting the agency's approach and delivering against the agency's agenda.
