About the Role
As a Solicitor in our team, you will:
* Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury accident cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
* Maximise cost recovery while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
* Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
* Supervise and mentor Trainees, contributing to their professional growth.
* Collaborate with your team to ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement within the department.
* Ensure high standards of client service and responsiveness are maintained using a trauma informed approach.
This role is essential to achieving our firm’s strategic goals and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor: NQ – 3year PQE holding a current practising certificate in Scotland.
* Experience: Proven ability to manage litigated personal injury cases with a strong understanding of Scottish personal injury law.
* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, litigation, and organisational abilities.
* Leadership Potential: Ability to guide and support Trainees within your team.
* Drive: Commitment to meeting targets and KPIs and achieving outstanding results for clients.
