The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for growing our customer base and nurturing strong relationships. You’ll be targeting a diverse range of clients, including:
* Tourist attractions
* Small restaurant chains
* Independent restaurants
* Dessert shops
Key Responsibilities include:
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the defined region.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across your territory.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
* Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
The Person
We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and experience within the Foodservice sector.
* Candidates must have experience of sales into the Foodservice sector.
* Experience selling capital equipment into the sector will be of particular interest.
* We also welcome applications from driven, new business oriented candidates with experience of selling other product ranges into Foodservice and hospitality.
* Candidates must have a structured approach to managing a large area and be able to formulate a new business plan alongside effective account management.
