If you are, then I have a role with a very reputable industrial & logistics main contractor in Milton Keynes. They have now secured further larger scale projects that require further growth by adding an experienced freelance site manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a refurbishment of an industrial unit with both external and internal elements.
2. Managing staff resource on site.
3. Working with Senior QS to commercially manage projects.
4. Ensuring quality targets are met.
Experience required:
1. Experience of managing projects up to £15m in value.
2. Good planning, design and commercial awareness.
3. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualified.
4. Strong reporting skills.
5. Dynamic, energetic and driven individual.
