Role Overview
As a 3rd Line Mac Support Engineer, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Apple products, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for macOS devices. You'll work closely with our team to implement cutting-edge Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, and hardware refreshes, helping organizations reach their full potential in secure cloud environments. The role will primarily involve using tools like Jamf Pro (Legacy) and Workspace ONE.
