The Role: This position would suit someone who has previous experience in an IFA office and a good understanding of the services they provide and someone who is comfortable working closely with financial advisors. The role will involve handling all administration and acting as the first point of contact for clients. You will be expected to pitch in where needed and support the financial advisors with various duties. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients. Advise on general product quires. Processes new business and liaising with new clients. General office and administrative duties. Research and apply information requests. Assist with suitability letters. Up-date the back-office system. Requirements: A good understanding of industry products such as pensions and investments. Confident and professional Willingness to learn, adapt and keep up to date with regulations and products. Industry relevant professional qualifications. Experience using provider platforms.
