Description The primary purpose of this role is to provide reliable, high-quality administrative and support services to Adult Social Care and to play a crucial role in the development of the Business Support Team. Your contributions will help professionalise and future-proof administrative and support services, making you an integral part of our team's success. Responsibility Responsible for owning and proactively managing and prioritising tasks to a successful conclusion and providing high-quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales, providing high-level specialist minute-taking support to all service areas across Adult Social Care. Qualification – Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. Level 3 NVQ in business administration Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, social media, and CRM. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Requirements - Criteria-to be Tested at Shortlisting. Candidate must be experienced in minute-taking (essential) Previous experience as a business support officer- is preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-matrix management team. Able to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to workload management to ensure various administrative tasks are completed in order of priority. Confident with IT applications such as MS Word and MS Excel and the ability to learn and utilise different databases. To have a solution-focused approach. Provide high-quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales. Support various operational and business management teams. Provide minute-taking support to various service areas (desirable, but training can be provided). Not all candidates may have experience in this area, but we are committed to providing the necessary training and support to ensure your success in this role. Support diary management, including planning and facilitating meetings and events. Deliver support services that ensure high customer satisfaction. Work effectively as a business support team member and collaborate with colleagues where required. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post. The successful candidate must work in an office environment 1-2 days a week.
