Thesuccessful candidate will provide a high-quality reception service to patients,clinicians, and colleagues; have excellent interpersonal, communication andorganisational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previousexperience of working in a GP practice would be desirable but not essential. Thevacancy is for a permanent post of 15 hours per week, and you will be requiredto work Monday to Friday between 8.00am 8.00pm on a rota basis. You must beflexible to cover annual leave and sickness at short notice. Main duties of the job As part of the reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring that reception duties are performed effectively to provide a high standard of service to the practice population. You will be involved in the development and implementation of systems and processes to continuously improve on service delivery.
