What We’re Looking For: ✔ Qualifications: A relevant professional qualification in health & social care, quality improvement, or a related field. ✔ Experience: A proven track record in quality improvement, preferably in health & social care or supported living. ✔ Leadership: Experience leading large-scale quality improvement projects across multiple sites or organisations. ✔ Skills: A strategic thinker with exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities. ✔ Innovation & Compliance: Deep knowledge of CQC regulations, contractual frameworks, and national best practices.
