About the Role
Hanover Scotland are excited to be recruiting for a Telecare Administrator on a 6-month fixed term basis.
About You
Hanover are looking for the successful candidate to be able to update and check data held within our Telecare systems, ensuring information is accurate. The Telecare Administrator will also provide advice and guidance to customers on Telecare services to ensure we provide a compliant, professional, and high-quality service.
In addition, you will support front line advice on relevant policy and procedure, the preparation of accurate KPI and SLA reports and statistics, and assist with complaint handling, billing processes, and any other duties deemed pertinent to the role.
