We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will be handling inbound call enquiries from existing policyholders, managing direct debit finance plans, and responding to inbound emails. This role also involves processing policy changes, managing monthly payment plans, and providing administrative support through our diary system. This role is integral to managing a consistent volume of enquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the efficient processing of policy changes. This is a hybrid role, with one day a week in our London office, the rest from home. How you'll make an impact Handle inbound calls from existing policyholders regarding car insurance and direct debit finance plans. Respond to emails daily, substituting for phone calls when necessary. Process policy changes and updates to monthly payment plans. Provide administrative support through the diary system, including chasing documents required from policyholders. Validate motor insurance policies by verifying motor insurance documents such as driving licenses, logbooks, proof of address, and passports. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. About You Motor insurance experience is essential. Experience with Open GI software is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of enquiries. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
