Our client is looking for industrial cleaners for a NEW warehouse just off the M62
You must have an eye for detail and have a CSCS card your application will not be considered if you do not have on in your possession IPAF QULIFACTION BONUS
You will be working to a high standard low level cleaning and spillages of dust mortar left from the builders Spilled paint dust etc
This is a construction site still and COLD
* Commencement date ASAP Monday to Friday 07.30 – 16.30
* PAYE or Umbrella positions
* Weekly Pay - CSCS Cleaners - £11.60
CSCS Cleance with IPAF £13.00

Duties
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly after use.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in building maintenance tasks as required, contributing to a well-maintained facility.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
