Role Overview As a Design and Technology teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage creativity and practical skills development. You will help students develop a passion for the subject while ensuring their academic growth in a supportive, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Teach Design and Technology, including Product Design, Resistant Materials, and other specialisms. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support improvement. Maintain a safe, well-organised, and engaging classroom. Contribute to curriculum planning and development. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events. The Ideal Candidate A qualified teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS. Passionate about Design and Technology, with strong subject knowledge. Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4 (experience with Key Stage 5 is a bonus). Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work well in a small team. Why Join Us?
