A leading European training provider are recruiting for a French speaking administrator to support coordination teams within the UK and France. This is a permanent role based at our modern offices in Sale, Manchester. This is a critical role within our events operations team and you will be responsible for the execution of contracts and logistics associated with our events. You will ensure the timely and accurate distribution of communications with attendees and commissioners. The coordinator will be the pivotal link between Sales, Customer Care, Event management, training delivery & Finance to assure participants enrolled in our program, enjoy a positive training experience. Remuneration: Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience Private Health Insurance 8:30am - 4:30am Monday to Friday 28 Days annual leave Christmas shutdown Increasing annual leave with each year of service Friendly working environment with 'open door' policy Main duties of the role will include: Operational Point of Contact for Commissioners prior to training Completing Pre-Course Event Information Completion and processing customers workbook orders Complete Sales Contracts process Responsible for Programme Implementation Support Sales teams with process improvement Data management Maintaining, updating sales and customers records Liaise with other departments on administrative matters.
