The purpose of this role is to Develop, implement and maintain SGB Materials and Processes within Engineering department including, but not limited to, the associated management of Material and Process specifications. The role is across the Design and Manufacturing teams with an aim to support design for manufacture and design for cost for SGB products. Responsible for timely release of Engineering data applicable to products, processes and equipment related to Safran Seats GB and other Seats BU as applicable. Provide the necessary expertise and support to the Design office and wider Engineering team for new product development and existing projects. Support the qualification, equivalency and audits of special processes.
