Success Coach (Temporary) – Beverley & Hull
Castle Education is supporting a Further Education college in East Yorkshire seeking an experienced Success Coach on a temporary PAYE contract (37 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
🔹 Location: Beverley (4 days) & Hull (1 day)
🔹 Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:30-4:30pm
🔹 Rate: £14 – £18 per hour (PAYE)
The Role: As a Success Coach, you’ll provide one-to-one mentoring, safeguarding support, and pastoral care to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
Ideal Candidate: ✅ Experience in student support, mentoring, or pastoral care
✅ Strong safeguarding knowledge
