ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is a successful, well-regarded nursing, residential, and dementia care home in a stunning setting in Battersea. The home is part of a growing and successful care home group specializing in care for the elderly.
I am seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to work closely with the friendly and supportive team, including the Clinical Lead and Unit Managers, in delivering the quality care they are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You’ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life. This means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You’ll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you’ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and experience within an elderly care home setting. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Some understanding of HR, sales and marketing, budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship is also required. Finally, you’ll be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
As well as a competitive salary, my client offers excellent benefits and real career, learning, and development progression in this growing group.
If you’d like to use your clinical and people skills in an organization that provides the quality care you’d expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding and empowering place to be.
