Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Office based in Coventry
Regular site visits required
Must be prepared for UK-wide travel
Salary & Benefits: £50,000-£60,000 per annum plus car allowance
Projects: Fit-out and refurbishment projects
Predominantly commercial projects, with some work in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee health and safety compliance across projects.
2. Liaise directly with clients and attend client meetings to foster relationships and ensure project alignment.
3. Prepare and deliver weekly reports detailing project progress and updates.
4. Manage and oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously.
Requirements for the role:
1. 4+ years at Contracts Manager level.
2. Based in the Midlands.
3. Happy to visit sites UK wide.
4. Office, Commercial, Industrial project experience.
