We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver outstanding training in Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive standards. Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer Location : Based in their Hebburn office with regular travel to client sites Permanent, full-time Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeships, both in-office and at client locations. Create and implement structured lesson plans that align with apprenticeship standards, tailored to each learner’s needs and career goals. Conduct one-on-one coaching and support sessions to ensure apprentices develop the skills and knowledge needed for success. Carry out regular progress assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support learners’ development. Collaborate with clients and employers to understand specific training needs and deliver bespoke learning experiences that align with their goals. Stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative training methods to enhance learner engagement and outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or training, ideally within an apprenticeship or work-based learning setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners at all levels. Relevant qualifications in customer service or sales (e.g., NVQs, ILM, or equivalent) are advantageous. Teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g., AET, TAQA, or equivalent) preferred but not essential. Highly organised and able to balance the needs of multiple learners effectively. A valid driver’s license is essential, as travel to client sites will be required.
