Job Title: Temporary Site Manager/Caretaker
Location: King’s Lynn
Working Hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (with a half-hour lunch break)
Contract Type: Temporary for 6 months
Requirements:
1. Enhanced DBS check (due to the nature of the role)
2. Previous experience in site management
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Responsibilities:
5. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
6. Maintain high standards of health and safety.
7. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises.
8. Perform/report minor repairs and odd jobs
9. Manage waste collection and stock levels.
10. Ensure grounds are well-kept.
11. Handle emergency duties.
