Position Overview
We are currently looking for a full time Corporate, Legal & Regulatory Consultant to join our busy team in Ashford, Middlesex. Our team works with all types of legal and regulatory documentation, working closely with our customers to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the legalization of documentation internationally for a key strategic client, forming part of our international legalization hub.
2. Utilize the services of Network Partner Agents to facilitate global legalization of Global Mobility Documentation.
3. Prepare documentation for authentication by Notaries, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Embassies, both within the UK and internationally.
4. Register all document requests on our internal database, keep the database up to date in the event of queries and complete files in a timely fashion once a job has been completed.
5. Send client invoices where customer procedure allows via email from the database.
6. Communicate with international CIBT offices/partner agents to address any queries and liaise with clients to remedy any issues.
7. Liaise with customers via telephone & email, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
8. Arrange the translation of documentation via a third-party agent.
9. Ensure that all documents are processed through the necessary steps and clients are charged correctly.
