Tallented are delighted to be working again with a Multi Academy Trust client to search for an ER & Policies Manager on an initial 12-month contract basis.
There is a need to add someone who is experienced in working with ER cases, ideally from within an education background. However, candidates with a unionised or public sector background will also be considered.
The role is being hired on an initial 12-month basis to assist the team with extra casework. There is a possibility that this will turn into a long-term position, especially for candidates with a general HR background who are interested in a business partnering role.
The role's focus will be approximately 75% on managing ER cases across the Trust, which will vary in complexity. Candidates with experience in resolutions, rather than settlements, are sought.
Outside of ER work, the role will assist the Executive Director of People with policy work and other HR-related projects.
The head office is based in Eastleigh, with a hybrid working policy. However, candidates should be willing to travel around the South Coast to various schools, including the Isle of Wight, on occasion. This travel would be expensable.
This will be a quick process; interviews will be conducted over Teams, with preferences for immediately available candidates.
More detail on the role is as follows:
