Trainee Machine Operatives needed in Buxton – Full Training Provided – No Weekends!
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? No experience? No problem! The Best Connection is recruiting Trainee Machine Operatives for our client in Buxton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to learn new skills, receive full training, and secure a permanent role with pay progression.

Shifts & Hours:
* Monday to Friday (weekly rotating shifts)
* Week 1: 6 AM – 2 PM
* Week 2: 2 PM – 10 PM
* (Fridays finish early!)
What you’ll be doing:
* Learning to operate machinery (full training provided)
* Loading/unloading goods into machines
* Setting up machines for production
* Quality checking products
* Packing and palletising items
Who we’re looking for:
* Willing to learn and develop new skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable with strong timekeeping skills
