As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our luxury properties are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for our guests. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and diverse skill set will contribute to our properties' overall value and reputation. Your role will involve performing various maintenance tasks across all our properties; driving skills are also necessary as you will drive our company van around Central London.

Your responsibilities will encompass various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
Plumbing Work:
* Repair leaks, faucets, and toilets.
* Conduct basic plumbing fixture repairs and replacements.
* Address clogged sinks and drains.
Electrical Work:
* Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
* Replace light bulbs, switches, and sockets.
* Address common electrical issues and inspect systems for hazards.
Carpentry Work:
* Repair or construct wooden structures and fixtures.
* Replace damaged wooden components.
* Measure, cut, and install various flooring materials.
Tiling Work:
* Install ceramic, porcelain, or natural stone tiles.
* Apply adhesive, grout, and sealant.
Painting Tasks:
* Prepare surfaces and apply paint.
* Touch up as needed.
Kitchen Fitting:
* Assemble and install kitchen cabinets and fixtures.
* Install kitchen countertops and appliances.
Appliance Installation:
* Install and troubleshoot appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves.
Bathroom Fitting:
* Install bathroom fixtures and cabinetry.
* Fit bathroom accessories and tiling.
Locks:
* Assess and replace door and cabinet locks.
Small Item Repairs:
* Address minor repairs like fixing loose fixtures and handles.
* Assemble and disassemble furniture items.
About You:
To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in maintenance; minimum 3 years.
* Valid and clean UK driving licence.
* Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
* Confidence in van operation.
* Strong independent work planning.
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
Schedule: 5 days a week, between Monday and Sunday. Please note you are expected to work during weekends. Shift starts at 10 am and finishes at 6 pm with a 30-minute paid break.
