You would be required to work with vulnerable service users living in the local community, A caring and compassionate nature is a must. As this involves travelling from home to home, own car Driver would be preferable. Areas covered- Hoo, Wainscott, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Lordswood, Walderslade and other areas in the Medway Borough. Our service users have various levels of need and independence you will be required to work with others to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality care and support in varying situations. Flexibility for different shift patterns would be nice but not necessary as you can choose the hours you would like to work. Shifts start from 7am throughout the week and the weekend, with 4 different daily shifts to choose from. Alternate weekends required. No experience necessary as full training is provided.
