What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Proven experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team within the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Maintain a safe and hygienic setting, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
