Supervisor required to support a social housing refurbishment scheme for an award-winning decent homes contractor in Mansfield. The project consists of decent homes upgrades works on low-rise dwellings, as part of the Government Green Deal scheme, and is a 5-year framework.
THE ROLE
1. Upgrades and refurbishment works to be carried out to schedule and budget.
2. Health and safety management.
3. Ensuring site is completed within time and budget constraints.
4. Liaison with tenants and senior management.
5. Control and monitoring of sub-contractors.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
THE PERSON
1. At this stage, the Client would like to invite applications from assistant managers or supervisors who are looking to step up within their career ladder.
2. Experience in housing or social housing, demonstrating a strong and working understanding of the cycle of decent homes works.
3. Possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification.
