You will: Prepare accurate and tailored thank-you letters, emails, and acknowledgements for high-value supporters. Manage the team's email inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently; covering wider team phoneline and inboxes when required. Maintain and update the CRM database, including database queries, bulk mail merges and global updates. Assist in compiling large proposals, reports, and tailored communications for supporters. Raise purchase orders and liaise with the Finance team regarding invoices. Update letter templates and presentation materials with accurate and impactful data and key messages. Arrange travel and book meetings for the team. Record and monitor actions from team meetings. Support background research in collaboration with the Prospect Researcher and Supporter Information Officer. Collect and organise photographs and quotes from fundraising events for use in publications and social media (ensuring GDPR compliance). Investigate the origin of donations and contact supporters to learn more about their motivations. Manage stock levels of fundraising materials and fulfil requests from supporters. Travel across the UK when needed to support events and fundraising activities. About You: We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to their work. You will bring: Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office packages. Familiarity with CRM databases. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of data protection regulations. The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across teams. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential for this role.
