NEPTS Performance Delivery Manager - Derbyshire

An opportunity has arisen for a Performance Delivery Manager (PDM) to join our Non-Emergency Transport Service (NEPTS) team which supports our patients with Derbyshire.
Main Duties of the Job
* The post holder is accountable to the Divisional Director for the delivery of the service by providing expert knowledge, skills and leadership.
* Delivery of contract performance and response targets ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency of resources.
* Ensure the appropriate resources, including profile of vehicles and equipment to deliver the NEPTS service.
* Ensure the effective utilisation of people, vehicles and financial resources throughout the division.
* To determine the education, training and development needs of the NEPTS operational service and the CQC Framework.
* To manage devolved budgetary requirements.
About Us
The Performance Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality service which meets both national and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the effective and efficient management of NEPTS.
The post holder will work in partnership with other EMAS teams to ensure best practice and business continuity.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* DMS or equivalent, degree-level management qualification or experience.
* Current broad knowledge of the national NHS agenda.
Experience
* Proven track record of achievement in service delivery.
* Demonstrable experience of all aspects of people management.
Skills and Knowledge
* Able to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities or programmes, some of which are ongoing, which require the formulation and adjustment of plans or strategies.
* Ability to work flexibly across the geographical area of EMAS.
