Responsibilities:
1. Manage and mentor a junior employment lawyer.
2. Advise on various employment law matters.
3. Handle TUPE issues and regulatory concerns.
Qualifications:
1. 6-10 years’ post-qualification experience at a law firm or in-house.
2. Strong technical employment law experience.
3. Familiarity with banking and financial services.
4. Experience with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, conduct, remuneration matters, and regulatory enquiries is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow and develop within the organisation. In-house experience in financial services is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
