Our client a growing international business is looking for a highly skilled, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role as the primary point of contact for customers while providing essential support to the sales team. To thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will need to demonstrating confidence, adaptability and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid role following the probation period, with three days in the office and two days from home. Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of key contracts and provide dedicated support, collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to maintain service levels and deliver a seamless customer service Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly, effectively and with clear communication and fully resolved Accurately process quotes, orders and service requests, collaborating with customers to complete necessary documentation Keeping customers informed of order progress, including any potential delay Assist customers with returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process Work closely with the production team to ensure parts are dispatched correctly or returned for repair What they are looking for: A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, contract management, project management, or sales, preferably within a service or consumable-related field Strong customer service and communication abilities Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail Proven track record of meeting goals and delivering results under pressure Experienced in working with customers and wider teams to ensure timely delivery and effectively manage expectations Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you
