Class 1 driver nights

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver-Nights. TTP Contract 45-50 hours.
This is great opportunity to join a well-established accredited logistics haulier with an extensive UK network. Our client has a comprehensive fleet of modern high spec vehicles and guarantee our customers a personal and professional service. Aiming to meet all customers airfreight, warehousing, and domestic transport needs.

The Job entails
1. Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
2. Plan and follow the most efficient and safe routes.
3. Standard route MAN-LHR-MAN; sometimes you may be asked to do an extra stop at BHX station on the way back.
4. Ensure that collections and deliveries are made on time, within regulations, and with minimal disruption.
5. Secure and load cargo appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
6. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.
7. Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes.
