Accounts Assistant / Chichester / Finance / Accountancy Client Details A growing Chichester area company are looking to strength the accounts team by recruiting a full time permanent in office Accounts Assistant. Description As Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: · Data entry · Process customer invoicing · Process supplier invoicing to ensure accuracy against POs and quotes. · Manage bank activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. · Compile weekly supplier payment runs · Prepare accounts reports · Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts. · Credit control and administration functions across all departments to ensure payments are collected in a timely manner. Profile · Qualification to AAT level 3 required, or currently studying AAT. · Experience in a finance role preferable, but not essential. Previous experience of Xero beneficial. · Excellent reporting skills, a keen eye for detail. Advanced Excel experience preferable. · Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Job Offer £27-30,000 DOE
