Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of a wide range of projects Be a part of commissioning meetings, keep information up to date and drive works forward Attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on commissioning process Effectively communicate progress of project scope, schedule and budget, as well as update key partners and management on the commissioning process Identify and manage scopes, timelines, budget and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome Facilitate meetings and activities with regards to turnover and handover Ensure completion of Lease Projects including progress review, site visits and meetings Travel is required across Europe Monday - Friday Witnessing of Level 0 (FAT) to Level 3 testing. Undertake and deliver the Level 4 testing Run specific integrated system testing (Level 5). Undertake detailed commissioning schedule reviews with key stakeholders EMEA Based Engineer: Site reviews, inspections, reports and snag list issues and ensuring compliance with the design intent and specifications Participation in all walkdowns, acceptance sessions, risk workshops, leading to the successful handover of the facility to Operations Participate in the closeout of the project – sign offs, closeout of snag lists, review of the handover documentation and the operational details & risks as necessary. Participate in all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities – such as FAT, walkdowns (W1, W2), SAT, defects listing, etc. Participate in all design risk assessments, risk assessments, etc., with the Safety rep and the client owner’s rep Prepare the necessary documentation for the Safety File as the handover stage of the project Job Requirements Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Undertake long haul travel on a frequent basis Vantage Data Centers does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm agencies.
