My client, a charitable organisation based in Maidstone, are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.
Your new role
* To undertake income processing for the group, ensuring that invoices are raised and despatched promptly.
* To deal with the credit control of invoices raised, ensuring the timely collection of all income due to the organisation.
* To undertake cashier processing for all bank accounts within the group.
What you'll need to succeed
* Understanding of cash books and purchase and sales ledgers.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems (Excel, Word etc.).
* Experience of using computerised accounting systems. Understands when to seek guidance.
* Experience of working within a busy finance team.
* Experience of working with general office procedures and computerised accounting systems.
* Sales ledger experience within a large organisation.
