About the Role STEM Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing of advanced materials to seek a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, offering exciting solutions to complex issues, and streamline the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to research and development projects, including new materials, product innovations, and process improvements. Conduct feasibility studies and explore emerging technologies to enhance product performance. Work collaboratively with teams across Continuous Improvement, Quality, Production, and Process Engineering to solve problems and improve existing processes. Provide laboratory services, including microscopic analysis, material strength testing, and product life evaluation. Continuously refine and apply best practices in materials science, manufacturing, and R&D. Support the company’s commitment to a Safety-First culture and uphold core values and ethical standards in all business activities. About You 2 years of experience in a relevant field, such as materials science, engineering, chemistry, or manufacturing R&D. Strong technical expertise in product development, materials processing, and lean manufacturing. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making (Excel proficiency required; experience with SolidWorks is desirable). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and curious mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
