About the Role: As a Sales and Parts Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients customers seeking parts, accessories, and advice. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right products, managing orders, and ensuring the smooth running of the parts department. Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on parts and accessories, ensuring they receive the best products for their needs. Process sales of parts, accessories, and equipment, handling transactions and invoicing accurately. Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring popular parts and products are always available. Assist with the ordering of parts and ensure timely delivery for customers. Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best products and competitive pricing. Pro-actively seek sales opportunities by phoning and selling to existing clients. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations to customers. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the marine or retail industry, is desirable. A strong understanding of boating products, parts, and accessories is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. A proactive, positive attitude and a team player. Computer literate with experience using point of sale systems and inventory management software. A passion for boating and the marine industry is a plus
