This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to build a successful team and take a newly established branch to the next level. The Role: As a billing Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Recruitment Consultants while continuing to manage your own desk. You’ll have the full support of senior management and access to outstanding training and development resources. This is a fully office-based, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with reduced hours during school holidays. Key Responsibilities Include: - Leading by example to drive business growth alongside your team. - Developing and implementing branch sales plans to meet performance targets. - Coaching, motivating, and nurturing your team to achieve high standards and results. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. - Conducting regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance evaluations. - Recruiting and growing your team to maximise the branch’s potential. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. - Managing budgets, business forecasts, and promotional activities. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: - A proven track record as a billing consultant, ideally in education or social care recruitment. - Experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters or resourcers. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A confident, resilient personality with the ability to inspire and develop others. - In-depth knowledge of the education recruitment market is highly desirable.
