About the role of Sales Adviser
1. Helping customers with a range of consumer insurance products
2. Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
3. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
4. Processing quotes, renewals, and policy amendments
5. Identifying customer needs and providing suitable insurance options
6. Working towards individual and team sales goals
7. Keeping up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
About you:
1. An interest in insurance and financial services
2. A great communicator who enjoys helping people
3. Ambitious, eager to learn, and keen to develop a long-term career in insurance
4. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
5. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
6. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus but not essential
