They are a dedicated team of experienced workers who make an important contribution to the goal of improving of improving outcomes for children. The safeguarding unit operate with two dedicated services: Child protection Conference Chairs, committed to ensuring that child protection plans are robustly implemented, reviewed, and progressed to ensure timely outcomes for children and young people. and the Independent Reviewing Service whose primary focus is to build relationships with children and young people to ensure their voice is heard, and to quality assure the care plans for each child who we look after Each service area has a dedicated manager who will support you to, deliver confident practice and be the best you can be.
