Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the smooth running of the lettings process from acceptance to move-in.
2. Provide exceptional front-of-house services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, and viewings.
3. Oversee resident bookings for amenity spaces, cleaning, and other services.
4. Conduct inspections and liaise with contractors to ensure building maintenance and management.
5. Deliver high-quality customer service while managing both front and back-of-house functions.
6. Strong customer service and communication skills.
7. Excellent IT skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Experience in property/lettings is desirable.
10. A calm and professional approach in a busy, fast-paced environment.
11. Flexibility to work a three-week rolling shift pattern, including one Saturday in three.
