We're pleased to offer an opportunity to join our high-performing Funding Support Team within the Research & Enterprise Service. This role involves supporting the university's wide range of externally funded projects and programmes.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset. You should be a strategic thinker who excels at balancing the diverse demands of a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Innovate UK-funded Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, ensuring comprehensive support for all partners.
2. Initiating and mobilising new projects and programmes, including specialised funding streams from the EU and UK.
3. Collaborating with colleagues across the university to deliver complex, high-value projects.
This role is very varied and offers the chance to work on diverse projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as you'll engage with colleagues at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of KPIs and outcomes.
Experience with externally funded projects that have rigorous funding criteria and guidelines is a plus.
