Job summary
As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, youll ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. Youll undertake a variety of maintenance tasks, from fixing leaks to gardening, and liaise with contractors. Your priority will be the wellbeing of the residents, and youll need hands-on maintenance experience, trade skills, and the ability to work flexibly.
