A well-respected law firm in London is looking to secure the assistance of a banking and finance Lawyer, with ideally between 2-8 years' PQE, on a temporary basis. The assignment is anticipated to run for an initial period of 3 months, but has the potential to be extended further.
The successful Lawyer will join a tightly knit team, and can expect to have exceptional exposure to great quality work. The role will require expertise in borrower-side financing and LMA arrangements, acting to support M&A work.
The firm operates a hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week in the London office expected.
It is likely that the banking and finance Lawyer will be able to demonstrate:
* Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
* Ideally between 2-8 years' PQE, although applicants outside of this bracket will also be considered
* A strong banking and finance background, with experience gained from notable firms
* The genuine desire to join a firm on a contract basis
* The ability to commit to a contract role of 3 months in duration, as a minimum
* An exceptional eye for detail
Whilst the initial contract is expected to run for 3 months, there is the potential for further extension.
