Principal Duties:
1. Compile a variety of information and confidential materials, from various sources, and summarise information in line with agreed targets and objectives, compiling appropriate reports as and when required.
2. Act as a note taker in a range of senior management and other ad-hoc HR meetings as required.
3. Undertake allocated assignments, HR projects and activities as directed to meet targets and inform line management of any issues.
4. Provide a point of contact for employees and visitors for the HR department.
5. Assist with recruitment process, including administering selection testing, organising shortlisting and interviews, and prepare and issue all associated documentation.
6. Assist with the maintenance and use of a range of HR systems and databases to extract, manipulate and analyse data for the production of management reports and information.
7. Assist with the implementation of the company health, well-being and corporate social responsibility strategies

Essential Criteria:
* 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD Qualification
* Minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
* Adaptable and flexible
* Teamwork skills
* Good analytical, planning and organizing skills
* Results focused, with ability to work on own initiative
* Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience within an engineering manufacturing environment
* Previous experience in an HR role
* Experience in using PAMS and NorthTime Pro
