Job Description
Key responsibilities
1. Support Warehouse operation manager in day-to-day issues
2. Processing Stock adjustment for any special movement in Cegid
3. Monitoring & managing inventory litigation in CEGID
4. Activation of inter-company stock transfers (prepare proforma invoice, liaise with warehouse for packing and shipment booking)
5. Delivery claim for warehouse and stores (overs and unders)
6. Ordering of packaging materials for stores (via HLink)
7. Stationary order management for stores
8. Logistics KPI measurement and reporting preparation. Provide relevant data and reports to the operations team and management.
9. Participation in destocking, public and staff sales
10. Event support (logistics related activities)
Competencies
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics / operations
2. Organised, flexible and reliable
3. Looking for incremental process improvement
4. Can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track
5. Good IT Skills: Cegid, Microsoft Office
6. Good team player with capacity to work autonomously
7. Professional with ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
